Erik Zepka is a conceptual media artist and writer whose practice centers around a critical engagement with the products of science and technology. The computer forms a chief hub of this process. With a base at x-o-x-o-x.com, projects range from interactive code works, to audiovisual remixes, to conceptual projects incorporating this content. Embodiment, failure, performance, social media, biology and glitch are some of its recurring themes.
